Todd A. Bradley

After graduating from Occidental College
with a degree in history, Todd Bradley attended Northwestern School
of Law at Lewis and Clark College. He was admitted to the
Oregon State Bar in 1977. A veteran of more than 100 civil jury
trials, Todd has appeared in almost every state and federal court
in Oregon during his 25+ years of trial practice. Since joining
Gaylord & Eyerman in 1993, he has focused exclusively in the
areas of medical malpractice and products liability involving
serious injury or death. He was chosen by his peers to be included in "The Best Lawyers in America" in the area of personal injury litigation.
In addition to being an active member of the Association
of Trial Lawyers of America and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association,
Todd has had a special interest in upholding the ethical standards
of lawyers in Oregon. As chairperson of the Oregon State Bar Legal
Ethics Committee, he helped draft dozens of written opinions to
help lawyers avoid ethical problems in the daily practice of law.
He is also a former chairperson of the Multnomah County Local
Professional Responsibility Committee, which investigates complaints
of unethical conduct and makes recommendations to the State Bar
Board of Governors. He is past-chairperson of the State Disciplinary
Board, which is a panel of lawyers who preside over the disciplinary
hearings of lawyers accused of violating the Code of Professional
Responsibility. He currently serves on the executive committee of the Oregon State Bar Products Liability Section.
Todd is also involved with Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, an advocacy
organization working to preserve fairness for individuals through
public interest litigation.
